Milling orchestrates Levallois rout of Mulhouse
Kane Milling orchestrated an offensive masterclass, dishing out 12 assists and scoring 20 points, to propel Levallois to a resounding 105-78 victory over Mulhouse. While Levallois held an 11-point lead at halftime (51-40), their dominance truly crystallised in the fourth quarter, which they outscored their opponents 29-15 to seal the contest. The home side showcased remarkable efficiency, shooting 52% from the field (36/69) and getting a significant boost from their bench, which contributed 46 points. Kevin Thalien and Maxence Dadiet also provided crucial scoring, adding 20 and 19 points respectively. For Mulhouse, despite Marius Chambre's 11 assists off the bench, the team struggled for consistency, hitting just 25% of their three-point attempts. This win sees Levallois solidify their fifth-place standing in Group A, while Mulhouse remains third.
Levallois's overall performance, marked by 34 assists and active defence yielding 10 steals, proved too much for Mulhouse to overcome. Their 83% free-throw shooting also played a key role in maintaining their advantage throughout the second half. The depth of Levallois's squad was evident, with the bench providing substantial offensive firepower.
