Snobl Ignites Czechia Past Italy in U16 EuroBasket

Matej Snobl delivered a commanding offensive performance, dropping 35 points to propel Czechia to a 90-82 triumph over Italy at the Arena Antonio Alexe.

In this FIBA U16 EuroBasket clash, Czechia erased a two-point halftime deficit, taking an eight-point lead (64-56) entering the final period before sealing the win.

The game saw a significant swing in the third quarter, where the Czechs outscored Italy 23-13 to seize control. Czechia also capitalised on their perimeter shooting, hitting 13 of 36 three-pointers (36%), a stark contrast to Italy's 19% (6/31) clip.
