Germany's bench exploded for 47 points, powering a dominant 85-67 victory over Italy in FIBA U20 EuroBasket action.

The German squad established control early, taking a commanding 16-point lead into halftime (33-49) and never looking back.

Their decisive surge came in the second quarter, outscoring Italy 23-9 to build an insurmountable advantage. While Matteo Accorsi led Italy with 15 points and Jason Nistrio contributed 6 rebounds and 3 blocks, Germany's collective effort proved too much.
