Johnson's 26 points power Roanne past Nanterre
Darius Johnson ignited a dominant offensive performance to steer Chorale Roanne to a hard-fought 93-83 victory over Nanterre at the Halle André Vacheresse. After entering halftime tied at 47-47, Roanne edged ahead 66-64 entering the final frame, ultimately outscoring their opponents by ten points to secure the win. Roanne's depth proved pivotal, as their bench contributed 42 points, highlighted by Derek Needham's 20 points and Aaron Levarity's 15. Johnson, who finished with 26 points, five assists, and four rebounds, spearheaded the attack, while Levarity chipped in six rebounds and two steals. Nanterre, despite 42 bench points and a commanding 43-26 rebounding advantage, faltered due to 22 turnovers compared to Roanne's 10.
