Monaco takes series lead in Paris
Monaco seized control of the Betclic Elite Finals series, clinching a critical 102-90 road victory against Paris to take a 2-1 lead. The visitors established dominance early, building a 13-point advantage in the first quarter and extending it to 12 points by halftime (41-53). Despite Paris's bench erupting for 60 points, fuelled by Nadir Hifi's 20 points and Sebastian Herrera's 19, they couldn't overcome Monaco's offensive firepower. Monaco maintained their advantage, leading by 11 entering the final frame (66-77), and ultimately closed out the win, shooting a blistering 52% from three-point range. Matthew Strazel orchestrated the attack with 22 points and 9 assists, complemented by Alpha Diallo's 22 points and 3 steals, which proved decisive. The series now heads back to Paris for Game 4, with Monaco on the brink of the championship and Paris facing elimination.
