Nantes Crowned Champions After Dominant Fourth Quarter
Nantes captured the Pro B championship, defeating Blois 88-68 to win the quarter-final series 3-1. The visitors asserted their dominance through tenacious defence, holding Blois to 41% shooting (25/61) and forcing 13 turnovers while outrebounding them 45-39. Although Nantes held an eight-point lead at halftime (39-47), Blois rallied to close the gap to just four points entering the final period (61-65). However, Nantes unleashed a decisive 23-7 run in the fourth quarter to blow the game open, ultimately winning by 20. Jean-Fabrice Dossou spearheaded Nantes with 18 points and 9 rebounds, complemented by Dylan Van Eyck's 12 points and 6 boards. Despite 10 points from Jonas Boulefaa and 11 from Quinton Rose, Blois couldn't match Nantes' intensity down the stretch. Nantes concludes their season on a high, crowned Pro B champions.
