Coit's 40 points spark Blois comeback win
David Coit delivered a masterful offensive performance, dropping 40 points to propel Blois to a dramatic 105-92 comeback victory over Poitiers at Le Jeu de Paume. Blois held an 11-point lead at halftime (52-41), but Poitiers surged ahead entering the fourth quarter, taking a 71-69 advantage. However, a decisive 36-21 run in the final period secured the win for Blois, who shot an efficient 53% from the field for the game. Coit's scoring outburst was complemented by Lois Grasshoff's 21 points and 7 rebounds. For Poitiers, despite Keaston Willis scoring 22 points and Ivan Ramljak adding 16, 21 turnovers proved too costly, as Blois also generated 11 steals and benefited from 26 points off the bench. This marks Blois's first win, placing them 19th, while Poitiers sits 15th in the standings.
