Roanne rallies past Caen in final quarter

Roanne's bench ignited a fourth-quarter comeback, propelling them to a hard-fought 75-71 victory over Caen.

In a pivotal Pro B regular-season clash that impacts the Leaders Cup standings, Roanne, holding the top spot, faced a stern test at home.

Trailing by four at halftime (29-33) and by seven entering the final period (47-54), the home side found another gear. A dramatic turnaround, highlighted by an 28-17 advantage in the closing quarter, sealed the win. Caen's struggles from beyond the arc, hitting just 19% (5/26), proved costly, whereas Roanne's reserves poured in 46 points to Caen's 25. Roanne also managed the ball more effectively, committing 11 turnovers to Caen's 16.
